Our Company Philosophy

At our company, we value and respect property.  A well managed property will protect an owner's real estate investment for years to come.  By offering the cleanest and well maintained property for rent on the market, we can attract quality and qualified tenants who will choose your property over the competition.  Prospective tenants often tell us that out of all the rental properties they have considered, our managed rental properties are the cleanest and in the best condition.  We are also sensitive to vacancy factor and try to limit property turn around time between tenants by starting the search for replacement tenants weeks prior to a tenant move out and schedule any needed maintenance early to coincide within a couple days of a move out so that property can be available and move in ready as soon as possible.  When we are able to offer well maintained clean properties, it keeps lease renewals to quality tenants at a high percentage.  This lowers turnover which decreases vacancy rates and lessens wear and tear on a property from frequent move in and move outs.  This means more profitability for our property owners.

We also value prompt communication.  It is our policy to respond to any communication from tenants or property owners the same business day.  There is nothing more frustrating than emails and phone calls that go unreturned for days.  This is simply unacceptable to us.

Finally, we value keeping our company size small enough to know every tenant and owner and are able to maintain detailed knowledge of every property we manage.
